Get Crash Log and Console Log on iOS by iTools

This article give steps to get console log and crash log on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) by iTools. This is one of power tool to manage iOS device as check iOS version, install application and get all logs of iOS devices

Below is steps to get logs on iTools:

• Download iTools 3.3.95 application (supported until iOS 10.2) and install on your computer
• Download and Install Itunes from Apple on your computer first
• Open iTools application
• Connect your iOS device to computer via USB
  • On Device tab:
    • Your device is connected and device name is displayed
    • Device Model (e.g. iPhone 6)
    • iOS Version (e.g. 9.3.5)
    • Click on "Details" link to see "Device Details" as UDID, iOS Version, Model, IMEI....
  • On Apps:
    • Check all applications are installed in iOS device
    • Able to install tested iOS application (*.ipa) on iOS device
  • Music:
    • Check all musics on iOS devices
    • Able to import and export music from iOS device
    • Able to create Playlist music
  • Photos
    • All photos are displayed
    • Export and Import photos
  • On Toolbox tab:
    • "Real-time Log"
      • Click on "Save" to save Console Log from iOS device
    • Crash Log
      • Select crash log of correct application (*.ips)
      • Click on "Export" to save in your computer
